Chahan Hair Cutting Saloon

Chahan Hair Cutting Saloon is located on the Kenduapul Main Road in the Kusunda area of Dhanbad. This part of Jharkhand is always moving, and our shop is right in the thick of it. The road outside is usually busy with motorcycles and people walking to the market. We have a small sign outside so people know we are here. Inside, it’s just a regular barbershop. We have the usual mirrors and the chairs that creak a little when you sit down. We spend our hours doing haircuts and beard trims. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the door open to let a bit of a breeze in, even if it brings in some of the street noise. People from Kendua and Kusunda come in throughout the day. Some are in a hurry and want us to be fast, while others like to sit and talk for a while. We don't use any fancy machines, just the basic clippers and scissors. It is the kind of place where you can just relax for a minute while you get your hair sorted out. We keep our tools clean and the floor swept as much as we can. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been part of this street for a long time and we like it that way because we know everyone who passes by.
