New Welcome Hair Cutting Saloon is located on Jora Phatak Road in Dhanbad. We are quite close to the Punjab Sweets Hotel, so the smell of frying samosas often drifts into the shop in the afternoons. It makes us hungry, but we stay busy with the customers. Jora Phatak Road is a main artery of the city, and the traffic is almost constant.
