Madhuri Beauty Parlour

Madhuri Beauty Parlour is on the Main Road in Jharia, Dhanbad. We are located in the Phularibad area. This is a very busy part of town with lots of dust and movement because of the mines nearby. Our parlour is a small, quiet space where local women come to relax for a bit. We offer basic services like hair cutting, eyebrow threading, and simple facials. I started this place a few years ago because I had some space and I knew how to do this work. It’s not a modern salon with big glass windows. It’s just a simple room with the things we need. We have a few chairs and some basic beauty products we get from the local market. The walls are painted a light color to make it look a bit brighter. We don't have many employees, usually just me and one or two helpers from the neighborhood. We know almost everyone who comes in. They are our neighbors and friends. Sometimes we sit and have tea while waiting for the hair dye to set. It’s a very informal environment. We don't have a fixed closing time; if someone comes late, we usually stay open for them. It’s just a local business trying to make things a bit easier for the women here. We try to sweep the dust out every morning before we start.
