Vinay Telecom

Vinay Telecom is a small place located at number 54 in Vikas Nagar. It is a very simple shop where we take care of all kinds of mobile phone troubles. The space inside is quite limited, so we have to be very careful about how we use it. I have a small workbench in the back where I do most of the repair work. It is often covered in tiny screws and pieces of wire. People from all over the neighborhood come in when their phones stop working or when they need a new SIM card. We also sell some used phones that we have refurbished ourselves. It is not a high-tech service center with a waiting room. Most people just stand by the counter and chat with us while we look at their devices. The street outside can get pretty loud with kids playing and people going about their business, but we don't mind. We have a small television that we keep on for some background noise during the slower hours. Sometimes it's hard to find a specific part for an older phone, and we have to tell the customer to come back in a few days. We try to be as honest as we can about how long things will take. We don't have any big advertisements or a website. Word of mouth in Vikas Nagar is usually enough to keep us busy from morning until we close up at night.
