You will find us at 8/1/N-2 in Subhash Nagar. It is a small corner where we handle all things related to phones. I started this shop because I knew a bit about electronics and there were always people asking for help with their devices. We sell recharges, SIM cards, and those small accessories like covers and screen protectors that everyone seems to need. The shop is usually full of boxes and chargers hanging from the walls. It isn't very organized in a corporate way, but I know exactly where everything is kept. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few streets away. They come in when their phone stops charging or if they need a new tempered glass put on. I spend a lot of time sitting behind the glass counter talking to people while I work on a repair. Subhash Nagar is a lively place, so there is always someone popping in for a quick chat or a small purchase. We don't have a big team, just me and occasionally a helper if things get too busy in the evenings. The lighting in the shop is a bit bright, but it helps when you are looking at tiny screws and circuit boards. It’s a basic setup, really. We just try to fix what’s broken and sell what people are looking for without making it complicated. It's been our daily routine for a while now.
