KVA Magic Communication

Our shop is located at 23/1 in the Kashmiri Market area of Mehrauli. It’s a lively spot with a lot of history around it. Being KVA Magic Communication, we handle a lot of things to do with phones and staying connected. The market is quite old and the streets are very narrow, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze getting through. We have a small storefront where we keep the latest mobile accessories and some reconditioned phones. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask for help with their settings or to top up their talk time. We don't have a big corporate vibe here. It’s more of a place where you can come in and have a chat while we fix your screen. The shop gets a bit dark in the corners, but we have enough lights over the display cases. It’s just a few of us working here. We try to keep up with all the new technology, but it changes so fast it’s hard to stay on top of it all. We don’t do any big advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. It’s a humble little place in a very busy part of Delhi. We like being near the old monuments and the local crowds.
