Goel Telecom

We are located at Shanti Nagar 1824. This shop has been part of the street for a long time. It’s a modest space, nothing too flashy, with shelves packed with various mobile accessories and old boxes. I spend most of my day sitting at the main desk, dealing with whatever phone issues people bring in. Sometimes it’s just a software glitch, and other times the whole screen is smashed. We do a lot of recharges and sell basic handsets too. The neighborhood of Shanti Nagar is pretty quiet compared to the main markets, but we still get a steady flow of folks coming by. There’s a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to me. I know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We keep some spare parts in the back drawers, and there’s always a pile of old batteries waiting to be recycled. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything, just a local telecom shop where we try to be helpful. My brother helps out during the peak hours in the afternoon. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s just a regular local business, and we are happy staying right here in Shanti Nagar at our old spot.
