Sun Shaiz Telecommunication has been here in Karol Bagh at 11456 for a good while now. It's a busy spot, always something happening outside on the street. Most days start with opening the shutters and cleaning the glass counters before the first people show up. Usually, folks come in because their phone screen cracked or the battery isn't holding a charge like it used to. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and circuit boards under the desk lamp. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at once, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We keep a stock of chargers and cables because everyone always loses those. It's not a fancy place, just a small shop where we try to fix what’s broken. Sometimes the repairs are quick, other times we have to tell someone to come back the next evening. Dealing with technology can be frustrating for people, so we hear a lot of stories about dropped phones or water damage. We just sit here and do the work. The traffic in Karol Bagh is loud, but you get used to the noise after a few years. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure people can get back to their calls and messages without too much trouble. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard.
