We've been here on Vikas Marg at A/159/160 for quite a while now. It's just a regular place where we handle phone stuff and recharges. Manpreet Telecom Pvt Ltd is the name on the board, but most people just know us from around the corner. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have some glass counters and a few plastic chairs for people who need to wait while we fix their things or process a payment. It gets really busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Vikas Marg is always loud with horns and people, so we are very used to the noise by now. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we run out of specific parts for certain models, but we just do what we can to help out. We've seen the shops around us change names and owners many times, but we stayed right here at A/159/160. There are cables hanging in the back and some old posters on the wall from many years ago that we never bothered to take down. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. People just walk in because they live nearby or saw the sign while they were stuck in traffic. It's a small team, mostly just a few of us making sure everything works and that the shop stays open. We keep our doors open pretty late into the night. It's not a corporate office with suits, just a spot to get your mobile sorted. If you walk past the main crossing, you'll see us there. We are just a local shop.
