Neel Kanth Mobile Shop

Our shop, Neel Kanth Mobile Shop, is over in Paschim Vihar at Shop No 20 A-3. It’s a modest little place, nothing too flashy, but it’s got everything a person might need for their mobile phone. We have glass cases filled with different models, and the walls are covered in cases of every color you can imagine. We’ve been at A-3 for a good while, so most of the locals know where to find us. Dealing with phones all day can be tiring, especially when you’re trying to fix a tiny part that won’t go into place, but it’s what we do. We get a lot of students and office workers coming in because they’re always breaking their screens or needing a new charger. The shop isn't part of any big chain; it’s just ours. We handle everything from cleaning the floors to talking to the suppliers ourselves. Paschim Vihar is a good neighborhood, and being at Shop No 20 keeps us right in the middle of the daily bustle. Sometimes we have the radio on in the background, playing whatever is popular, while we wait for the next customer. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to keep the shop running and make sure the phones we sell or fix actually work. If someone has a problem with their device, they know they can just walk in and we’ll take a look at it.
