We are located at Hn 193 in the Dinpur area of Najafgarh, right near the Goyla Dairy. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but for people around here, it’s a convenient spot. The shop is part of the community. Since we’re near the dairy, there’s always a lot of movement and the smell of the area is quite familiar to us. I handle the shop myself most days. I do recharges, sell basic mobile phones, and fix what I can. I’m not a certified technician or anything, but I’ve learned by doing over the years. Most of my customers are farmers or people working in the local trades. They need things that work and don’t cost too much money. I don't believe in overcharging people. I’d rather they come back next time they have a problem. My desk is a bit of a mess with wires and old batteries. I should probably clear it out, but I never seem to get around to it. The lighting in the shop could be better, but it’s okay for now. I keep the door open to let some air in, even when it’s dusty outside. It’s just a normal, everyday shop. Nothing special, just honest work in Najafgarh. I usually close up when it gets dark and the street lights come on.
