We don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a pen and paper mostly. It works for us. The address TA-179/4 is easy to find if you know the street. We’ve had the same sign out front for years. It’s a bit faded now but everyone knows it's us. We keep our hours pretty standard, though sometimes we close up early if there’s a family thing. That’s the way it is with a local business like this one.
