Ambrasia Bar & Restaurants

We are located at 15/1 on Hill Cart Road in Siliguri. The place is inside the Niladri Palace Hotel. It’s a well-known spot in the 734001 area. We have both a restaurant and a bar section for our guests. Hill Cart Road is always busy with traffic and people going towards the hills or coming into town for work. We get a mix of hotel guests and locals who just want a drink or a meal after a long day. The interior is quite plain, with sturdy tables and chairs. We don't have any of those modern decorations you see in the big cities. We've been here for quite some time now. Our staff knows the menu inside out and they’re used to the busy weekend crowds that come through. It can get a bit loud when the bar is full, but that’s just part of the atmosphere. We spend our mornings cleaning the glasses and getting the tables set for the lunch crowd. The kitchen starts early to prep the meat and vegetables. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just open the doors, serve what’s ordered, and close up at night. It’s a regular job for us. Sometimes the supply truck is late, or a lightbulb goes out, and we just fix it as we go. It’s a practical place for people in Siliguri to sit down for a bit. We just keep things running.
