You’ll see a lot of bicycles and motorbikes parked outside when we’re having a meeting. We talk like normal people do, mostly about the price of goods and the state of the soil. The rain in West Bengal is something we always have to plan around. Sometimes things go well, and sometimes the crops struggle, but we keep at it. We don't have a big marketing budget. Our work is mostly known by word of mouth among the other farmers here. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We just try to stay useful to the local farming community and keep the business running.
