Duet Fusion Cuisine

Our place is at 125/2 on Sasthri Road in Ram Nagar. You have to look for the HDFC Bank and then come upstairs to find us. Being on the second floor means we are away from the direct sidewalk traffic in Coimbatore. We mix different kinds of cooking here, which is why we call it fusion. The kitchen is where all the real work happens. We’ve got a staff that’s been together for a bit now. The dining area has enough space for families and small groups of friends. It’s 641009, so it’s a central enough spot for people to visit. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising or anything like that. People usually find us because they were at the bank or they live in the Ram Nagar neighborhood. We keep the place clean and make sure the lights are always working. It gets a little warm in the afternoons, so we keep the ceiling fans going as fast as they will go. We don't have a mission statement or a long list of goals to show off. We just want to get the food right and make sure people have a decent place to sit and eat. The menu has a lot of different things on it, depending on what we felt like putting together that week. It’s just a regular restaurant run by people who live nearby. We open up, we cook, and then we go home.
