Anu Catering

Anu Catering is over here at No 46, which is the old No 1, in C K Colony. This part of Sidhapudur is quite familiar to us. We’ve been set up in this neighborhood for a while, just doing our daily work. Most of the time, the kitchen is humming with the sound of the grinders and the smell of spices. We don't have a big storefront with lights. It’s more of a practical space where we can focus on getting the food right. C K Colony is a decent place to be, and our neighbors are used to us being active early in the morning. We take on orders for all sorts of things, mostly local functions and small get-togethers. The work is physical and we are on our feet most of the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the delivery van has a hard time navigating the smaller turns, but we make it work. We buy our supplies from the local market nearby to keep things simple. Every day feels a bit different depending on what people have ordered for their events. We try to keep things organized, even when it gets a bit messy during the lunch rush. It’s just a small team of us working together. We don't worry about being the biggest name around, just about doing the work properly and finishing on time.
