You can find Arumuga Catering Service at No 26 in Sakthi Nagar, which is over in Chinnavedampatti. We are basically in the Ganapathi area. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it stays a bit quieter than the main roads. We have been cooking here for a while, and the neighbors are all pretty familiar with us. We handle a lot of small-scale catering for the families around this part of town. Our kitchen isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We start early when the air is still a bit cool, getting the rice washed and the vegetables peeled. It’s just a few of us working here.
