Barath Catering Service

Down here in Ram Nagar, we’ve been running Barath Catering Service for quite some time. We don't have a flashy storefront, just our workspace where the real magic happens over the fire. Most days start before the sun is even up. We head out to the wholesale market to pick out the best sacks of rice and fresh greens. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags and stirring huge vats of curry. My brother and I took over the business from our uncle. He taught us that you can't rush a good sambar. We’ve kept that in mind ever since. Ram Nagar is a busy place, and we are right in the thick of it. We don't really do much marketing. If the food is good, people talk, and that's how we get our next job. Sometimes we get calls for small family gatherings, and other times it’s for a much bigger crowd. We treat every order the same way, though. The kitchen is always humming with the sound of knives hitting cutting boards. We might not have the most modern equipment, but we know our stoves inside out. It’s honest work and it keeps us fed too. We just try to keep things consistent so people know what to expect when they see our name. It's about being reliable and showing up on time with the food ready to serve. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town.
