Arunacchala Catering

Arunacchala Catering is located at No 32 on Avarampalayam Road in New Siddhapudur. We are right opposite Ramakrishna Womens College. It is a very busy spot with a lot of people coming and going because of the college and the hospital nearby. We spend our days in the kitchen getting things ready for various orders. The street outside is always filled with the sound of scooters and people talking. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby for guests. It’s mostly just a workspace where we do the heavy lifting of cooking. We’ve been in this part of Siddhapudur for a long time, so we know the area well. Most of our work comes from local families who need food for their functions. It’s hard work, standing over the heat and moving big pots around. We start our mornings before the sun is even up sometimes, just to get a head start. The college girls often walk past our door on their way to class. We keep our operation small and manageable. We don't use any complicated systems, just pen and paper to keep track of what needs to be done. Sometimes we run out of space when we have a lot of vegetables to chop, but we make it work. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here on Avarampalayam Road.
