G-6162 in the Riico Industrial Area is where we spend most of our time. It gets pretty dusty around here, but that is just how it is when you deal with tiles all day. We started this place because we knew people nearby needed a place to get their materials without having to travel too far out. Most of our mornings involve checking the stock and seeing what arrived on the trucks overnight. It isn’t a fancy setup. We have a small office tucked in the corner where the ceiling fan usually rattles a bit. People come in looking for stuff for their bathrooms or kitchens, and we just show them what is currently on the racks. Some days are much busier than others. When the sun hits the warehouse in the afternoon, it gets quite warm, so we try to get the heavy loading finished early in the day. We have been at this address for a while now, and most of our neighbors in the industrial area know us by name. We do not spend money on ads; people usually just find us by driving through Riico. Sometimes a shipment arrives with chipped edges and we have to spend hours sorting through it. But mostly, it is just about getting the right boxes to the right people. We keep a handwritten ledger for everything and try to stay organized, even when the yard looks a bit messy. It is just us here, making sure things move along.
