Our office is at number 33 and 34 in the Riico Old Industrial Area. It’s easy to spot because we are right near the Hero Honda showroom. Most people use that as a landmark. Being in an industrial area means there is always noise from factories and machines nearby. We have a lot of space for the marble and granite slabs, which is good because they take up a lot of room. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the workers have what they need for the cutting machines. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of grit and noise. We have an office where we do the paperwork, but most of the real work happens outside in the yard. We’ve been here since the area was much quieter. Now there are businesses everywhere. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors to folks just looking for a piece of stone for their kitchen. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders go out on time. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves. That’s just part of the daily routine. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to look at the stones. It is hard work, but we are used to it after all these years of being in business.
