N. K. Stones

At N. K. Stones, we are located out in the Ricco Industrial Area, specifically at No. G-51, Ajoliya Ka Khera. Being in an industrial zone means we’re surrounded by factories and other warehouses, so it’s not the quietest place to work. There’s always the sound of machinery or trucks idling nearby. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the space to keep a good amount of stone, and we don't bother with much else. It’s mostly just us and the guys who help with the loading. The ground is usually covered in stone dust and bits of gravel. We don't have a big polished front office or a receptionist. If you show up, you’ll probably find us out in the yard or sitting in the small cabin we have near the gate. People come all the way out here because they want to see the raw slabs before they get sent off to be cut. It’s an honest living, even if it’s a bit rough around the edges. We deal with whatever comes in from the quarries and try to keep things organized, though that’s easier said than done when you’re dealing with tons of rock. We don’t go in for big promises or fancy words. We just show you what we’ve got on the pallets and go from there. It’s a practical business for people who need real stone for their projects and don't mind a bit of dirt.
