We’ve been situated at Plot No-F-30 in the Riico Industrial Area for quite some time now. Being right on Bhilwara Road means there is a lot of noise and dust from the passing trucks, but that is just part of being in the marble trade. It is a big yard and we spend most of our mornings moving slabs around with the crane. It isn't a glamorous job. Most of the guys here have been working with stone their whole lives, so we know what we are looking at. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, people just pull up to the gate and we walk them through the rows of marble to see what we have in stock today. Sometimes the weather gets really rough, especially in the summer heat, but the work doesn't stop. We just keep busy loading and unloading. It is a straightforward business. We mostly handle local orders from around here, but sometimes someone comes from further out because they heard we have a decent selection at this spot. If you are coming down the main road, you can't really miss the industrial zone. We are just one of the many yards here, trying to keep things moving. We don't do much fancy advertising, we just stick to what we know and handle the stone. It's a lot of heavy lifting and long hours under the sun at F-30.
