Vishwa Samudra

Vishwa Samudra is tucked away on Kodambakkam High Road, specifically at 3-A in Nungambakkam. If you know where the Soma Shop is, then you are basically right there. The traffic out front is usually pretty loud, but inside the building it stays mostly quiet. We have been operating from this part of Chennai for a while now. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all day. Our space isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we manage our daily tasks. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. There is a small pantry in the back where we keep the coffee machine, which is probably the most important piece of equipment we own. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still make it in. It is a good spot to be because everything is close by. We don't go in for big meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just sit around the table and figure things out as they come up. It is a straightforward way of doing things. You might see some of us standing outside near the entrance during lunch. It is just a regular office with regular people trying to get their work done before the sun goes down. It works for us and we like being here.
