Devi Marine Food Exports

Muttukadu Road is usually pretty busy with traffic. We’ve been here at 3/284 for quite some time now, just down the way in Neelangarai. Most days start early because that is how things go when you are dealing with marine food. It is not exactly a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. You can usually find us around the office or out back checking on things. The sea is close by, which makes sense for what we do. We don’t really have fancy signs or a big lobby. It is more of a practical place where people show up to get work done. Sometimes the weather gets really humid, and that makes the day feel a bit longer, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, with more shops popping up, but our spot remains pretty much the same. We handle the exports and make sure the paperwork is right. It’s mostly about sticking to the routine and making sure the trucks get loaded without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes things a bit slow, but we manage. If you ever stop by Neelangarai, you will see our building right there. It’s just a regular workplace with a few desks and a lot of activity going on in the background. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on the fish and getting it where it needs to go.
