Thirumala Traders

We've been at No:13/36, Shanthinivas Plat in Triplicane for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of how Triplicane is. You know how the streets get narrow and crowded here. Thirumala Traders is just us doing our daily work. Some days are slow, others we are running around quite a bit. It’s an old building, nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time just managing the stock and talking to people who stop by. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we can barely hear each other inside the office. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure things move along. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full speed. People around here know where we are because of the landmark. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to it. It’s just regular trade work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, more buildings coming up, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We handle the orders as they come in. There isn't much more to it. We keep our ledgers, talk to the transporters, and try to get home before it gets too late. Triplicane has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of that daily noise. It is what it is.
