St John'S Universal School

If you drive down the East Coast Road in Palavakkam, you’ll find us at No 4/194. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of traffic nearby. We’ve been running the school here for years, and the building has seen a lot of students pass through its doors. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the main road. The rooms are filled with the usual school stuff like benches, charts on the walls, and stacks of notebooks. We have teachers who have been with us for a long time and they know most of the families in the area. It’s not a giant campus with endless fields, but we make use of the space we have. The mornings are always a rush with parents dropping off their kids on scooters or in cars before heading to work. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many children running around, there’s always a stray pencil or a forgotten lunch box somewhere. Chennai heat can be tough, so we appreciate the breeze when it comes off the coast. We don't really do big speeches or fancy advertisements. People just know we are here. We follow the syllabus, give out the homework, and handle the exams when the time comes. It’s just a regular part of life in the 600041 area. We just keep things moving along, one school day at a time.
