St Brittos Academy

People around Velacheri know where we are. We've been sitting at R 3/3 on Netaji Road for quite a while now. It’s a busy part of Chennai, so there is always some noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few days. St Brittos Academy isn't some giant corporate chain; it's just a place where kids show up every morning with their bags. We have the usual classrooms and a bit of space for them to run around. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the hallways get crowded when the bell rings, but that’s just how it goes here. Most of the staff live nearby, so we see each other at the local shops too. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the daily schedule and making sure everyone gets their work done. Netaji Road can get pretty jammed up with traffic during drop-off times, which is a bit of a headache for the parents. Inside, we just keep things moving. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We open the gates early, the teachers get their tea, and the day starts. It’s practical and straightforward. We’ve seen a lot of students come and go over the years, and the building has some wear and tear to show for it. It feels like a real place because it is. We’re just part of the Velacheri neighborhood.
