We are situated at No. 15, Bharathi Salai in the Triplicane area. Sri Sangeetha Bhavan Sweets India Private Limited is our name. Triplicane is a crowded place, and our shop fits right into the busy street life there. We spend our mornings preparing the batches of sweets and snacks that people like to buy. The kitchen is always warm because the stoves are going for hours. It isn't a quiet job, especially when the festivals come around and everyone is in a rush. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of rules about how things should look. We just focus on making the sweets and making sure the counters are full. The building is older, but it serves us well. Most of our customers are locals who stop by on their way home. We know a lot of them by their names or at least by what they usually order. Sometimes the line gets long and the shop gets a bit messy, but we clean up as we go. It’s just a regular local sweet shop run by people who live nearby. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People know where we are and what we make, and that is enough for us to keep going. We keep the display cases filled with whatever is fresh that day. It's a lot of standing on your feet all day, but that is the business we are in.
