Manju Sweet Stall

Our little shop is located at number 374, right at the corner of 1st Cross Road and 5th Cross Street. There is a Jain Temple very close by, which is usually a good way to explain where we are in Mkb Nagar. We are a small sweet stall, nothing too big or complicated. We make all the traditional items like ladoos, jalebis, and various types of halwa. We also have savory snacks like mixture and murukku for people who do not want sweets. It is a real local spot for the neighborhood. People from the nearby streets usually stop by in the evening time. It gets very busy around 5 or 6 PM when people are coming back from their jobs and want something to take home. We try our best to keep the glass display cases full, but sometimes we run out. We do not have a big factory or anything. Everything is prepared in the small kitchen area we have. The smell of hot oil and sugar usually fills up the air around our shop. It is a nice neighborhood to be in. We know most of the children who come in with a few coins for a single piece of candy. We have been here long enough to see many of them grow up and bring their own kids now. We do not use fancy boxes or expensive packaging. We just use simple paper bags to keep the prices affordable for everyone.
