Being in Perambur means we are in a part of Chennai that has a lot of history and a very local feel. Our shop is on a street that sees a lot of foot traffic, especially when there is a movie playing across the way. The space we work in is not very large, but we make the most of it. We have our stock and our counter, and that is about it. It is an old-fashioned way of doing things, and we like it that way. We do not have a big corporate office or a marketing department. It is just us here every day, opening up in the morning and closing up at night. Chennai can get very hot, so we spend a lot of time trying to stay cool while we work. We talk to the people who walk in and help them with what they need. There is no script or fancy language. We just treat people like neighbors because they usually are. Raja Street is a busy place, and we are glad to be a part of it. We do not have a grand vision, just a simple business on a busy street. We are just happy to be working in Perambur.
