People know T Nagar can be a bit of a mess with all the traffic and noise, but our spot on Neelakanda Metha Street is where we spend most of our daylight hours. South Indian Products Commercial Llp isn't some fancy glass building. It is just us surrounded by bags and boxes of stuff people actually need in their kitchens every day. We open up early, usually when the air is still a bit cool before the humidity kicks in. There is always something to move or a shelf that needs a bit of attention because things get dusty fast here. Most of the time, we are just busy checking what came in on the last truck and making sure the labels are clear enough to read. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It is just a few of us who know where everything is kept. Sometimes the phone rings and it’s someone asking for a specific type of spice or a bulk order, and we have to go digging through the back. The floors aren't always spotless because people are coming and going constantly. We try to keep things organized so we can find what a customer wants without making them wait too long. It is just a regular place doing regular work. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years.
