Sea Sky Imports & Exports

We've been based over here at No. 7/4 on New Tank Street for a while now. Nungambakkam is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot going on right outside our door. Most days we are just busy with the usual stuff that comes with running an import and export business. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments to make sure things are moving where they need to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially when things are stuck at the port, but that is just part of the job. We have a small team here and we just try to keep things organized. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get our work done and keep track of all the boxes and crates. People often ask how we handle the logistics side of things, but really it is just about staying on top of the emails and making sure the drivers know where to go. It can get pretty loud on this street with the traffic, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We mainly deal with regular items coming in and going out, nothing too crazy. We've stayed in this spot because it's easy for people to find us. We don’t spend much time on fancy stuff, we just focus on the actual moving of goods and keeping our records straight so nothing gets lost in the middle of a trip.
