Sana Model School

Located at No 4/122 in the Poonamallee Goparasanallur area, our school is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Kattupakkam is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, and you can feel that when you walk into Sana Model School. It isn't some massive, distant campus; it’s part of the street. You hear the motorbikes passing by and the neighbors going about their business while the students are in their classes. We have teachers who have been with us for years, and they know most of the families around here by name. The building itself has its quirks, like the way the light hits the back corridor in the afternoon or the specific sound the bell makes when it’s time for a break. We spend our days making sure the desks are straight and the blackboards are clean. It gets busy during drop-off and pick-up times, with parents waiting near the gate and kids running out to find their rides. We don’t have a lot of time for formalities; there’s always a stack of notebooks to grade or a parent wanting to ask a quick question. It’s just honest work in a busy part of Chennai. We keep the fans going to beat the heat and try to make sure every student gets what they need to learn without making a big fuss about it. There's always something to fix or a room to tidy up, but we just get on with it.
