If you know T. Nagar, then you know how crazy Ranganathan Street can get. Our store is at No. 15, right near the T. Nagar Police Station. It is a very busy area, probably one of the most crowded places you can find around here. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while, watching the crowds go by every single day. The noise from the shoppers and the street vendors is something you just get used to after a week or two. We sell a variety of items that people need for their homes. Our shelves are usually packed tight because space is at a premium on this street. We don’t have any fancy displays or air conditioning that works perfectly, but we have what people are looking for. Being so close to the police station is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We start early in the morning before the real rush begins and stay open until quite late. It’s a lot of standing and talking to customers, which can be tiring, but it's part of the job. We don’t do any big promotions. People just know we are here at No. 15 and they stop in while they are doing their other shopping. It’s a local business run by people who live and breathe the T. Nagar chaos every single day.
