AJ Homes

AJ Homes is our small business located at 25 Anna Street in the MG Nagar area of Tharamani. Being in Chennai, specifically in this part of town, means we are surrounded by a lot of residential growth. We’ve been here for a bit, working out of this office and helping people with their housing needs. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with people. We do a bit of everything when it comes to homes. Sometimes it's helping someone find a place, other times it's more about the building side of things. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people like neighbors and try to help them out with whatever they are looking for. The street can get pretty busy during the day, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time on site or out meeting people, so the office isn't always full, but it’s our home base. We keep our paperwork organized and try to make sure we don't miss any details. It’s just us doing our job day by day. We've lived in Chennai a long time, so we know how things work around here and we try to use that to help the people who come to us. We just keep it practical and simple.
