Estate Point

The address for Estate Point says Old No. 9 and New No. 2, which confuses some people who aren't from around Nandanam. We just tell them to look for the building on Turnbulls Road. It’s where we have been for a good while. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks or heading out to look at a house nearby. The street isn't too loud, but you get the morning rush of people going to work. We have a small room for the office. There are a few filing cabinets and a computer that’s seen better days. People stop in to ask about what’s for rent or sale in the area. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks that come with a property business. Nandanam is a nice spot and we’ve gotten to know the people who live on this road. Sometimes a neighbor will drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about property prices. We don't have a flashy sign or anything. Just the door at number 2. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Most of our day is spent talking on the phone or writing down details about a new place. It’s a regular job and we like being here on Turnbulls Road. It is just a plain, working office.
