You’ll find G S N Trade & Realtors over on Sardar Patel Road in Adyar. Our office is at number 112, which used to be number 9, and we’re right near the Adyar Bakery. It’s a well-known spot, so it’s usually easy for people to find us when they’re in this part of Chennai. We deal with real estate and trading, which keeps us pretty busy. Most days are spent talking to people about property or looking over contracts. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s important to get the details right. We’ve been in Adyar for quite some time and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. The traffic on Sardar Patel Road is almost always heavy, but we like the location. It’s convenient for our clients and for us. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to figure out what they need.
