You can find us at No. 9 on Mannady Street. We have been working out of this spot in Mannady for a good while, helping folks with houses and land. It’s a busy area, lots of noise and people moving about, but that’s just how it is around here. Bhuvaneswari Real Estate isn't some big corporate office with glass walls or anything. We just have our desks and our files and a lot of local knowledge about who is selling what. People come in and ask about plots or rentals, and we tell them what we know. Sometimes the market is fast and sometimes it’s slow, but we stay right here on the street regardless. It’s a bit dusty sometimes when the wind blows through the main road, but we don't mind it much. Real estate is mostly about talking to people and understanding what they actually need for their families. We try to be straight with everyone who walks through the door because that's the only way to do business in a place like this. My father used to say that a man's word is everything, so we try to stick to that. It’s not always easy keeping track of all the paperwork and the new rules that keep coming out, but we manage somehow. If you’re walking down Mannady Street, you’ll see our sign. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do every day.
