Cushman & Wakefiled

Cushman & Wakefiled is based at 15/7, Goplapuram 1st Street, right here in Chennai 600086. It’s a well-known area, and we like being situated in this part of the city. Our office isn't tucked away in a giant skyscraper. We are right there on the street, part of the neighborhood. It’s a bit of an old-school feel, which suits us just fine. We handle all sorts of property tasks, but we don't try to sugarcoat things with marketing speak. If there’s a problem with a building or a lease, we just tell you. We spend a lot of time out and about in Chennai, so the office is often a bit quiet until everyone comes back in the afternoon. It’s a practical workspace. We have a few computers, some old files, and a lot of local knowledge. We don't think making things more difficult than they need to be is the right way to go. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. The humidity in Chennai can be a bit much, but we have the fans going and we keep at it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an important one. We just try to be reliable and do what we said we would do. If you need to find us, just head to Goplapuram 1st Street.
