Maharishi School Of Excellence

We’ve been here in PTC Colony for quite a while now. If you walk down Pallavan Nagar in Thiruverkadu, you’ll find our building right there near the residential blocks. It is usually pretty quiet around here until the school vans start arriving in the morning. We have a lot of kids from this side of Chennai coming in every day. The building isn't brand new or fancy, but it does the job for the classes we hold. Most of our staff have been around for years, so we all know each other’s names and whose kid belongs to which parent. During the rainy season, the road gets a bit messy, but the students don't seem to mind much. We spend most of the day sticking to the syllabus and making sure the classrooms are somewhat organized. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but it’s just part of the background of the day. Parents drop by in the evenings to pick up their children and we usually chat for a minute or two about how things are going. It is just a normal school day for us, year after year. We keep the gates shut during school hours to keep things safe. Nothing too complicated happens here, just lessons, lunch breaks, and the occasional sports day in the yard. It gets pretty loud during the breaks, but that is expected with so many children around. We just try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss.
