If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Motcham Theatre, which is a place almost everyone in this part of town knows. We took over this space to provide a spot for little kids to spend their day. It’s an old building but we’ve made it work for the children. There are different areas for them to play and do their activities. It is often quite loud with the sound of kids laughing or crying, depending on the time of day. We don't try to make it look like a high-end private school. It’s a local preschool where children can be themselves. We have some basic toys, some books, and space for them to run around a bit. Being on Thambusamy Road means it's easy for parents who live in Purasawalkam to drop their kids off on their way to work. We are a small group of staff who have been doing this for a while. We aren't part of some big chain of schools. We just run this one center here near the theatre. It’s a messy, lively, and honest place. We spend our time looking after the kids and making sure they have something to do until their parents come back in the afternoon. It is just a normal, everyday part of the neighborhood. We enjoy it.
