Little Flower Matriculation School

Little Flower Matriculation School is tucked away on Thandavaraya Gramani Street in Washermanpet. If you know Chennai, you know this area is always busy and full of life. Our building has been here for many years, and we use both the new and old sections to fit all the classes in. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes because the street outside is narrow and crowded, but we make it work. Every morning, the sound of scooters and cycles fills the air as parents drop off their children before heading to their own jobs. Kids from all over the neighborhood come here to study. Many of our teachers have been with us for a long time, and they have seen many groups of students come and go over the decades. We do not have a massive campus with big fields, so we use every corner of the space we have. The rooms are filled with the usual school stuff like charts on the walls and stacks of notebooks on the desks. It gets quite loud during the lunch break when everyone is talking at once in the corridors, but that is normal for a city school. We just try to keep things running smoothly and ensure the children are learning what they need to for their exams. Living and working in North Chennai means you get used to the constant hustle. We are just a local school trying to do a decent job for the families around here. It is a familiar spot for everyone.
