Kumar Distributors is located at No 88/1 on Sydenhams Road in the Periamet area of Park Town. This is a very old and busy part of the city, famous for trade and wholesalers. Our building is like many others around here—practical and built for moving goods in and out. We don’t have a lobby or a fancy display. It’s mostly boxes, crates, and shelves filled with inventory. The air in Periamet always has that specific smell of the trade that happens here every single day. We spend our mornings checking lists and our afternoons loading up stuff for delivery. It’s a lot of manual work and sweating. Sydenhams Road is always packed with carts, cycles, and trucks, so things can get pretty chaotic outside our door. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time now. We know the other shop owners and the guys who help with the loading. We don't have a corporate structure with managers. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders go out to the right places. We use old ledgers sometimes alongside the computer because it’s just what we’re used to doing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We don't make big promises. We just handle the distribution work as it comes in.
