Jaibhakt Sweets And Foods is our small business located at No. 123A on T.T.K. Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty central spot with a lot of history. We’ve been working out of this location for a bit, focusing on the kinds of snacks and sweets that people around here grew up eating. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We spend hours in the kitchen area making sure the batches turn out right. Sometimes the kitchen gets incredibly hot, especially in the summer months, but the work has to be done. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us, the staff, and the daily routine of cooking and packing. The address on T.T.K. Road is easy to find, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the peak hours. We try to keep things simple and traditional. There’s no secret formula, just sticking to the recipes we know. We get our ingredients from the local vendors whenever we can. It’s important to us that the food tastes like home. Some days are better than others, and sometimes we run out of certain items faster than we expected. That's just part of the food business, I guess. We’re just glad to be part of the local community here and keep the doors open every day. Hopefully, we can keep this going for many years to come.
