Happy Fresh Basket

Happy Fresh Basket is over at P Block, specifically New No. 1, which used to be Old No. 14. We are on the ground floor on 19th Street in Anna Nagar East. Being on the ground floor is a lifesaver because we have to move a lot of heavy stuff every day. We deal with fresh goods, so our work starts while most people are still in bed. The street is pretty quiet in the dark, but it wakes up fast once the sun comes out. We aren't some huge chain store. We are just a local group working out of this space in Anna Nagar East. The place is often full of baskets and crates, so there isn't much room to walk around. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. We don't use any flowery language to describe what we do. We just try to keep everything organized so the baskets are ready when they need to be. It’s a lot of physical work, and our hands are usually busy with something or other. We like the neighborhood here in P Block. It’s got a good feel to it and the people are nice. We’ve been at this spot for some time and we know the delivery guys and the neighbors pretty well by now. It’s just our daily life.
