Govt Endala Middle School

Our school is on Murugan Koil Street in the Vanasakthi Nagar Extension of Kolathur. It is a fairly busy street because of the temple nearby. Govt Endala Middle School is a place that many families in this part of Chennai rely on. The building isn't very big, and we have to be careful with how we use the space. We have the usual set of classrooms with fans that sometimes squeak. The staff spends a lot of time in the small office area dealing with admissions and day-to-day tasks. It can get very warm in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front of the building. We try to keep things organized, but with so many kids around, it can get a bit chaotic. There are often sounds from the street filtering in, like the temple bells or people passing by. We have a small gate that we keep closed during school hours. Our furniture is mostly old but still works for us. We don't have any of those modern computer labs you see in private schools. It is just a place for learning the basics. We know most of the parents who live in the surrounding streets. It is a very local kind of school where everyone knows each other. We just focus on getting through the lessons and keeping the place running as best as we can. It's a very ordinary school life here.
