Geetham Catering Service

We run Geetham Catering Service out of our place at No 111 on Old Mahabalipuram Road in Perungudi. Since we are on the OMR stretch, things are always moving fast around here. We aren't a sit-down restaurant, so most of our work happens in the back where the big pots are. We spend a lot of time planning for different orders, whether it’s for a small family gathering or a bigger event nearby. The kitchen starts early in the morning, sometimes way before the sun is even up, so we can get the deliveries out on time. It gets hot and steamy in there with all the cooking going on. We have a small team of cooks and helpers who know their way around the kitchen. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Most of our time is spent checking on supplies and making sure the packing is done right so the food doesn't spill. We handle our own transport for the deliveries most of the time. It can be stressful when there are multiple orders at once, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't do much on social media or anything, we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a lot of lifting and cleaning, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on making sure the food is ready when we said it would be.
