Abhinaya Catering Service

We’ve been running Abhinaya Catering Service for a good few years now. It started small here at No 54/86 in Chinna Karakuttai Barathi Nagar. Mandaiveli is where we grew up and where we still work every day. Usually, it's just a few of us in the kitchen getting things ready. We handle all sorts of orders, whether it’s for a family lunch or something slightly bigger for a neighbor’s function. People around here know where to find us. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded but we manage to get the food delivered on time. It isn't a fancy setup or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the rice is cooked right and the sambar tastes like home. We buy our vegetables fresh from the local market nearby. Everyone in the staff knows their job well. It gets hot in the kitchen during the summer, but that’s just how it is in this business. We don’t spend much time on computers or making big ads. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us after eating our food at a wedding or a small housewarming. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves going. It’s hard work, mostly standing on our feet all day, but seeing empty plates at the end of a meal makes it worth the effort. That's pretty much who we are, just a local team doing our thing here.
