A P Mohan Catering Service

Our catering setup, A P Mohan Catering Service, is located on the 1st floor of the building at Old No 39, New No 83 on Amman Koil Street. We are right in the Mannadi area, very close to the Hen Market. Being in Parrys means there is always something going on outside our windows, with all the vendors and shoppers. We spend a lot of our time planning menus and cooking for different events that people have. It is a lot of work to coordinate everything, from the fresh ingredients to the transport to the venue. The 1st floor space gives us enough room to get the prep work done, though it can get a bit cramped when we have a big order to finish. We have been doing this for quite a while now and have seen many changes in the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy office, just a functional space where we can focus on the food. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when a deadline is approaching and the pots are boiling, but we usually manage to get everything sorted out. People usually find us through word of mouth, which is how we like it. We aren't interested in being a big corporate name. We just want to provide decent food for the folks who hire us for their functions. It is a family-style operation here, and we all pitch in where needed. Whether it is a small gathering or a slightly larger one, we just do our best at our Amman Koil Street kitchen.
